The hotel's location on the main street and right by the beach is simply perfect. We had easy access to all the amenities and attractions of Sunny Beach. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Our room was always cleaned and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience. The breakfast spread offered a variety of options to choose from, leaving us satisfied and ready for the day ahead.

Everything was great, no improvements needed.

The rooms are dirty, the bedding is very dirty, no change of towels, a rusty shower me cut down. Disaster, so I checked out earlier than planned

We liked the hotel and its nice style. All aspects of the venue were good, especially staff and the food. Location within 3 miles of The Windmill.

Rooms are good sized with clean towels, the picture shown here, for example, food is outstanding!

This place was a great spot with easy access to the beach and other amenities, and the breakfast offered a variety of delicious options.

I only liked the massage service of the independent staff.

Moreover I did not like Sunny beach. Only good for crazy drunky foreigners.

The only thing I liked is the hotel's location. Dislikes: The room had no electricity until 8PM and the receptionist didn't informed us about it when we checked-in. I had no parking place in their parking lot, I had to park in some private parking that I've found in the neighborhood. The towels in the bathroom had some dark stains (looked like old blood stains). The TV has a very bad signal, picture noise was very annoying.

When I booked my room I've asked for a reservation for a parking place. That reservation was not taken into consideration by the hotel staff. When we reached hotel's location, we've drove to an alley that was going to the parking lot. At that moment, the man that was guarding their parking lot entrance came to us and started yelling at us in Bulgarian and was making nervous signs to drive back, out of the parking lot. I've tried to show him our room reservation but he ignored that and kept yelling at us to go back. Check-in starts after 2:00PM so at that time a huge line of people was created, it was crowded like in an airport check-in. After 1 hour of waiting got our room key. But surprise... there was no electricity in the room

The hotel was brilliant with a particularly good location not far from the seaside. the double room was wonderful and the bed was comfortable. - I liked the view of the park and the friendly and polite staff during the night shift.

the hotel is bery well located, front of the sea and about 10 min by foot of the center of sunny beach.

the staff of the hotel was the worst i ever seen. Very rude,unpolite and not prepared to be in a front desk or at reception. it seems that the hotel doesn´t have any director or any coordination.

We had a wonderful vacation in a hotel in the area which is very close to the beach. The best aspects of our stay include the location, cleanliness, breakfast and staff. The hotel facilities were fabulous and the rooms were well-maintained. We were impressed with the closet space and updated bathrooms. The transportation was very convenient and there was easy parking nearby. We enjoyed the warm and clean waters of the nearby beaches.

Worst aspects of our stay was that there was nothing we didn't like.

Too big and noisy when crowded, the vallet lost a piece of luggage, no parking space, too loud external airconditioning

my recent stay in sunny beach exceeded my expectations. chaika beach resort was stunning and comfortable, with a top location next to the beach and a wonderful pool. it was a perfect getaway.

Parking was a hassle.

hotel staff and services are the worst I have ever seen in a 4 star hotel! will not give even a 2 star for staff and services. would never stay again at this again, and would not recommend to anyone.
